Studio Esnal

Gut renovation of 4-bedroom / 2.5-bath apartment. New layout with enlarged living room. Open spaces to visually connect East and West terraces and provide cross ventilation. Keep kitchen separate from living room while maintaining visual continuity. Bring natural light and views to an otherwise interior master bathroom. Expose original concrete structure and maximize ceiling height. Custom millwork design throughout with integrated closets to optimize storage. A bespoke bookshelf wall serves as both storage and circulation element, leading to the private rooms. New windows, new oak flooring, split AC system, and update electrical, lighting, and plumbing throughout.
