Losada Garcia Architects

Alberto García Jiménez and Ramiro Losada Amor are a Building Engineers and Architects. Following their scholarship studies at Politecnico di Milano (Italy) and the University Lombart Lambert (Belgium), he moved on to work experience in the field of Design, Architecture, and Urbanism in Madrid (Rueda Pizarro Architects and DeLa Puerta / Asensio), London (Alejandro Zaera, FOA) and Rotterdam (Mecanoo Architecten). In 2007 they founded LG Arquitectos based in Madrid, Cáceres and San Diego with 3 areas of focus:

>>> Experimental architecture, with award such as Winner of Interior Architecture award with Iniciarte-ARCO. Saloni Architecture Awards.

>>> University teaching. Since 2007 they are Professor of Architectural Design at UEM-Architecture Madrid and La Escuela de Arte y Diseño Camilo José Cela. They were vising Professor at Technische Universität Braunschweig and Architecture Design Sciences Artesis, Antwerp.Currently they are guess Teacher at New School of Architecture&Design of San Diego, California.

>>> Audiovisual documentation about Architecture including several interviews with architects international prestige such as Herzog de Meuron, Toyo Ito or Mansilla Tuñon o audiovisual documentation of buildings such as Canal Theater (Navarro Baldeweg), Benidorm beach promenade (Carlos Ferrater) or Spanish Pavillion for Expo Shanghai 2010 (EMBT).
