PROJECT SUMMARY

To design and implement the construction works for the head office of IRi in Madrid, which will occupy the totality of fourth floor, located Albasanz 15, Manoteras.

GOAL

To develop the project as a whole, introducing the company’s new ways of working, unifying in a single building all its services, and thus enhancing the corporate image.
Medium quality in constructive and spatial solutions, always fitting within the client’s budget and scheduled execution terms.

SOLUTIONS

The strategy will be place operating desk near to the facade perimeter to maximize natural light and give them more flexibility placing common spaces on the core.

VALUE

To accomplish, through design, to project on the outward a fresh image of the company, as well as optimizing the space to the fullest extent, achieving a maximum of flexibility in workspaces that will ensure the building’s maximum occupation at the same time as providing all workspaces with a multitude of closed and open meeting spaces, a larger amount of meeting rooms, and common places of informal and formal meeting for the client.
