2018 / On-site Installation. Hanging plexiglass color shapes in stairwell drop / 45 x 196 x 1000 Private collection

This four-storey mobile sculpture is a re-composition of the elements of the stairwell it sits within. Each rectangular shape is scaled to a step’s dimensions, fixtures and runs.
The colors are inspired by the natural elements of the biosphere: air, earth, foliage and water, as well as from the architectural program of each floor—from the yellow light of the top residential level to the blue deep ocean of the spa located at the basement. The colors transition as you climb or descend the stair, becoming a dynamic experience through a falling spiral of sparkling hues.
