ROMAN Y CANIVELL, Arquitectos S.L. is a team of professionals prepared to offer an integral Service of Architecture and Urban Development of quality through all the projects working process and tracking of works.

This company was founded by two independent architects who joined to form a multi-skilled team. The aim is to improve the offered product by increasing the scope of action, which is not only the project and direction of works, but it also includes all the process of the promotion, from its beginning to its end.

Throughout last 15 years Roman & Canivell it has specialized itself in the residential architecture, and inside this field in the ” SINGULAR REHABILITATION OF HOUSINGS ” (more than 60 actions in buildings catalogued in the historical center of Seville). We have developed also a great experience in residential projects of new plant, which has served us to reach a high level of development at the moment of raising any type of program of needs (more than 1000 designed housings).

During all this time, our company has realized a continued work orientated towards the INTEGRATED DIRECTION OF PROJECTS, managing to have to day of today technical certificates as PROJECT MANAGER PROFESSIONAL (PMP) as the Project Management International (PMI).

In this process that begins with the architectural project we look for a commitment that we consider to be fundamental: “THE SUSTAINABILITY”.

The Quality Management system adopted by ROMÄN Y CANIVELL ARQUITECTOS S.L. is according to the ISO 9001 2000 norm.

At present our scope of action is wide and we have departments specialized in:
